We have not published a contact address yet. Everything on this site works without an account, nothing here asks for payment details, and your invoices stay in your own browser, so there is nothing we need to look up for you.
About Pro
Pro is not on sale yet. The pricing page lists what it will include and lets you reserve the founder price; no payment is taken. If you joined the early-access list and want to be removed, say so in your message.
Your invoices
We cannot see, recover or resend your documents: the tool builds every PDF in your browser and keeps drafts only in that browser's storage. If a draft has gone, it was removed from the browser (for example by clearing site data or using a private window), and keeping your own copy of each PDF you send is the safest habit.
Corrections
If a tax rate, an invoice rule or a required field for your country looks wrong or out of date, send us the page address, what you expected and, ideally, a link to the tax authority page that says so. Confirmed errors are fixed in the underlying data, which corrects every page that uses it at once, and the page’s “checked” date moves forward.
Before you write
Many questions are answered on the pricing page (what Pro includes), in the privacy policy (what is and is not collected) and in the terms. You can also open the invoice generator again. If a total looks off, check whether each line is marked as taxable and whether the discount is a percentage or a fixed amount: those two settings explain most surprises.
Requests
Missing a trade, a country or a document type you need? Suggestions are welcome, and the most requested ones are built first. Please do not send invoices, bank details or other personal information that is not needed to answer your question.
